Teenage relationships, since when do they last? Well, sometimes at that point in time when you find that guy/girl so cute and seems like the perfect one and whatever, you fall into something called love and that, changes your life.
Define love when you're fifteen.
It complicates things.
At the same time, its a great mixture of feeling confused, upset, angry, jealous.
There are many reasons for falling in love.
But honestly, what IS love?
A whole lot of sacrifice and commitment. As a teenager, having crushes and falling in something called love might be normal and part of a teenager's life, but some feelings cant be controlled.
Especially when they seem to come naturally. When the person comments or likes smth you've posted on facebook, ask how was your day, strikes a conversation with you.
All these little things can make someone so elated and even the highlight of his/her day.
But well, crushes, eye candy, relationships, always have their sad moments.
When you're crushing on someone and he/she doesnt reply, you get upset and start thinking if youre disturbing the person.
You wanna talk to the person so badly but then you feel as if every text you send to him/her is being annoying.
Everytime you manage to catch a view of the person, it stays in your mind till the next occasion you meet.
But even when you're going through all these, you wonder if you have ever come across the other person's mind. Then slowly you get annoyed at yourself for being so stupid for liking someone like him/her and thinking of all those stupid times when you have tried to get his/her attention, you feel even more silly.
Then it always come to a point where you wanna get over the person but you cant. All the memories, all the late night conversations, all the inside jokes, all those times that special person made you smile. Thats always the hardest part, moving on.
You wanna believe there is someone out there better but you dont dare to let go.
Every time when you feel like you have gotten over and moved on, you see something that reminds you of that person or you even see the person him/herself. And that moment all the feelings rush back.
And this, is the state of confusion.
You wanna hang on yet you are halfway through moving on.
Sometimes people cant decide what to do, to hang on and feel the crappy feeling for a long time or to give up, feel depressed but yet able to pick yourself up after that.
It's always your choice, to think of everything you went through and ask yourself if its worth it to put yourself through the agony.
Well, that's the ups and downs of what everybody calls falling in love.
It's too complicated for a fifteen year old like me.
I would rather stay friends.
